Universal module to regulate light intensity,
compatible with a range of light sources.
Dimmer-Control can be used as a dimmer
or switch in both two-wire and three-wire
systems.
The device can adjust light intensity according
to preference and situation.
Dimmer-Control measures energy consumption
and active current power, while the safety
mechanisms protect against overheating,
overload and voltage drop.
Correct configuration of the device maximises
the working life of bulbs and reduces current
consumption.
To avoid flickering when connected to low-load
light sources, the device should be installed with
an additional accessory – the LED adapter.
Dimmer-Control works with the following
sources:
• 230V incandescent or halogen bulbs.
• ELV halogen lamps and dimmable LED bulbs
(with electronic transformer).
• MLV halogen lamps (with transformer).
• LED bulbs with adjustable brightness.
• Compact fluorescent tubes with adjustable
brightness.
• Dimmable light sources (power factor > 0.5)
with a minimum power of 5VA (depending on
type of load)*.
Excluding dimming function, compatible
with:
• Compact fluorescent (CFL) bulbs with
electronic ballast.
• Fluorescent lamps with electronic ballast.
• LED bulbs (power factor >0.7).

It also supports personalized calibration and
allows the outputs to be configured either
separately (2×70W) or combined to deliver up to
140W on a single output.

Flood-Control
Flooding and temperature sensor
Universal flooding and temperature sensor.
Flood-Control can be placed on a floor or
wall, using the inputs to install the probe
contacts.
The LED indicator and acoustic alarm alert
the user in the event of flooding and the tilt
sensor warns if the device is moved or tipped.
If a water leak is detected, the system (if it
includes solenoid valves) will also shut off the
water, minimising the damage caused by the
malfunction.
The LED can also be used during field testing of
the Z-Wave network.
The device can be powered by battery or cable
(12/24 VDC).
Flood-Control floats on the surface of the water,
preventing it from being submerged.Main features:

Motion-Control
Motion, light and temperature sensor
Motion-Control multifunctional wireless
sensor can detect motion, temperature and
light intensity. It can also detect changes in
position and attempts to tamper with the outer
housing.
Motion-Control is battery powered and updated
via radio. Sensitivity can be adapted to the
user’s needs.
The built-in LED provides information on
recorded movements and temperature changes.
The available functions include a Z-Wave field
tester.
It can be installed quickly, non-invasively and
on any surface. The universal mount enables
the sensor to be located anywhere (including on
walls and ceilings).

RGBW-Control
Smart module to control light colour.
The RGBW-Control module provides
remote control of RGB and RGBW LEDs,
halogen lighting and fans.
The connected receivers can be powered with
12V or 24V.
The module provides simple lighting control
and light colour change through the Yubii Home
application. It can manage up to four 0-10V
analogue sensors (temperature, humidity,
wind, air quality, radiation, etc.). The colour of
the lighting in the home can also be changed,
depending on the weather or time of day.
With a minimal design, the RGBW-Control
module lets you regulate the colour of the

Smoke-Control
Smoke and temperature sensor.
Lightweight device with photoelectric
and temperature sensors to detect the
presence of smoke or incipient fire as early
as possible.
Battery powered for possible ceiling installation.
Smoke detection is indicated by an acoustic
signal, flashing LED and sending of the relevant
information to the Z-Wave network.
If the smoke sensor detects a hazardous
situation, it can initiate the alarm scenario. In this
case, the user will immediately receive an alert
on their phone, wherever they are.
The device has an integrated temperature
sensor able to activate the alarm in the
presence of high temperatures. The occupants
of the house will be alerted, even if the fire
occurs without smoke emission.
One feature making the equipment unique is the
ability to analyse data from past events, so that
similar dangers can be avoided in the future.
