Flooding and temperature sensor Universal flooding and temperature sensor. Flood-Control can be placed on a floor or wall, using the inputs to install the probe contacts. The LED indicator and acoustic alarm alert the user in the event of flooding and the tilt sensor warns if the device is moved or tipped. If a water leak is detected, the system (if it includes solenoid valves) will also shut off the water, minimising the damage caused by the malfunction. The LED can also be used during field testing of the Z-Wave network. The device can be powered by battery or cable (12/24 VDC). Smoke and temperature sensor. Lightweight device with photoelectric and temperature sensors to detect the presence of smoke or incipient fire as early as possible. Battery powered for possible ceiling installation. Smoke detection is indicated by an acoustic signal, flashing LED and sending of the relevant information to the Z-Wave network. If the smoke sensor detects a hazardous situation, it can initiate the alarm scenario. In this case, the user will immediately receive an alert on their phone, wherever they are. The device has an integrated temperature sensor able to activate the alarm in the presence of high temperatures. The occupants of the house will be alerted, even if the fire occurs without smoke emission. One feature making the equipment unique is the ability to analyse data from past events, so that similar dangers can be avoided in the future.
