Universal module to regulate light intensity, compatible with a range of light sources. Dimmer-Control can be used as a dimmer or switch in both two-wire and three-wire systems. The device can adjust light intensity according to preference and situation. Dimmer-Control measures energy consumption and active current power, while the safety mechanisms protect against overheating, overload and voltage drop. Correct configuration of the device maximises the working life of bulbs and reduces current consumption. To avoid flickering when connected to low-load light sources, the device should be installed with an additional accessory – the LED adapter. Dimmer-Control works with the following sources: • 230V incandescent or halogen bulbs. • ELV halogen lamps and dimmable LED bulbs (with electronic transformer). • MLV halogen lamps (with transformer). • LED bulbs with adjustable brightness. • Compact fluorescent tubes with adjustable brightness. • Dimmable light sources (power factor > 0.5) with a minimum power of 5VA (depending on type of load)*. Excluding dimming function, compatible with: • Compact fluorescent (CFL) bulbs with electronic ballast. • Fluorescent lamps with electronic ballast. • LED bulbs (power factor >0.7). • Supported light sources (power factor >0.5) with a minimum power of 5VA (depending on type of load)*.
